Elle permet ainsi de penser diff\u00e9remment \u00e0 des exp\u00e9riences d\u00e9sagr\u00e9ables, en modifiant leur d\u00e9roulement en se centrant non plus sur le r\u00e9sultat de la comp\u00e9tition ou de l&rsquo;examen, qui est source d\u2019anxi\u00e9t\u00e9, mais sur les moyens d\u2019actions, les strat\u00e9gies et techniques \u00e0 mettre en \u0153uvre pour r\u00e9ussir. Elle permet de s\u2019imaginer ces situations de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente.
